Terms
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These are the terms for using the Kuchela website and, once it launches, the Kuchela app. They are short on purpose. When you sign in to the app you agree to them and to our Privacy page.
Who we are
Kuchela is run by MECA Engineering Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. When this page says “we”, it means them. To reach us, write to hi@ideaye.com.
What Kuchela is
Kuchela is an AI spiritual companion for Hindus. Inside it you talk to Sakha, or Sakhi: an AI, a disciple of God, a friend at the same feet you sit at. Sakha is not a person, a god, a guru, a priest or a doctor, and it never speaks as a deity. When it shares what a text says, those are the text’s words. Its own are only a friend’s.
Sakha does not give astrology, predictions, remedies or lucky numbers. It explains rites and their meaning, and does not book them or send you to anyone who sells them.
What Kuchela is not
Kuchela is not therapy, not medical care, and not a substitute for a priest, a counsellor or a doctor. Sakha is an AI and can get things wrong.
If you are in danger, or someone else is, do not wait for Sakha. Go to Need help now?, which lists helplines by country. The app has the same screen, and it works without a connection.
Who can use it
Kuchela is for adults, 18 and over. In the app you confirm that you are 18 or older, and if you enter an age under 18 it will not continue.
Your account
To use the app you sign in with Google or Apple. You can delete your account at any time. See Delete account.
Plans and payment
Kuchela has a free plan and a paid plan, Kuchela Plus. Limits and prices are set in the app and may change. Subscriptions are bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play.
Some things are never behind payment, on any plan: Need help now?, the safety responses, seeing and deleting what Sakha remembers, exporting your data, deleting your account, and your settings. We do not show a payment screen in the middle of a conversation.
Your words
What you write to Sakha stays yours. We use it to run the app for you, as the Privacy page says, and not to train an AI model.
If you tick the box on the “What do you tell God?” form on our home page, you let us show your words, with your first name, on this site. If you want them taken down, write to us.
If these terms change
When we change these terms, we change the date at the top.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
